科研工作
1.目前开展的主要科研工作总结
(1)开展鱼类内分泌学研究:
以斑马鱼和经济鱼类为研究对象,开展鱼类内分学研究。1)以斑马鱼为研究模型,开展鱼类生殖和生长内分泌调节机制研究。2)以草鱼、黄鳝、中华鲟等经济鱼类为研究对象,从内分泌学角度解决上述鱼类在生产过程中遇到的性腺发育问题。
(2)开展鱼类基因编辑育种:
以斑马鱼为研究对象,通过基因编辑构建了多个速生、抗病、抗逆的模型。在此基础上,以草鱼、鲤鱼和黄鳝等为对象,通过基因编辑制备速生、抗病且育性可控的经济鱼类新品系。
